Squarefoot Estate Agents is a fast growing, independent property sales and lettings agency, starting life from high street offices in Penarth town centre. We have expanded into a great new showroom in the bustling Canton high street, which is close to the ever developing centre of Cardiff. We have plans to open a third office very soon.

We have experienced staff specialising in either the property sales or lettings side of the business, with our managers having passed exams by the National Federation of Property Professionals .This means they are qualified to give you the correct advice you need at such a crucial time.

We are the local experts, many of us have actually grown up in the areas we work in, and we offer in-depth knowledge of the schools, shops, churches, pubs and restaurants. We walked these streets as children, so we certainly know the good and bad.

We are not a franchise, neither are we owned by a bank or part of a national chain; to put it simply we are a family business with two generations of the same family still working together. As a family business we are able to make quick decisions and give a great personal service when it comes to Cardiff and Penarth lettings and sales.
